We accept returns and exchanges. If you want to process a return or exchange please email [email protected]
We reimburse you up to $25 USD towards shipping your product back to us. If you choose to send without tracking you do so at your own risk.
DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival to the local government by the customer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.
We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded.

Delivery usually takes 10-21 working days. We ship from Bali and you can track your order here with the code sent to you in your email. If you have any queries or questions don’t hesitate to let us know.
