Returns & Exchanges

Ocean Mimic will gladly exchange items within the first 7 days of receipt, on the condition that all products returned must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have all tickets attached. However, all sale items are final sale.

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we offer exchanges or store credit.

Please take into consideration that customers are responsible for the return of any product and the shipping charges associated with their return. In the case of an exchange, we will send the new suit once we receive the suit from the customer.

If the products you have received are damaged, defective or incorrect, we will not be liable unless we are notified within 7 days of when products in question were received. In this case, we will gladly cover the cost of the return to us.

Due to the principles of the Ocean Mimic Foundation, no plastic hygiene labels will be provided for swimsuits, therefore, in the event of a customer issuing any exchanges or returns all products must be tried on with their undergarment.

Deliveries & Delays

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer with tracking. In the event of any delays, damages or the parcel not being successfully delivered, no compensation will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the parcel and organise collection or redelivery if the first delivery attempt is not successful.

Customers are rarely charged with fees at customs but in the case that they are Ocean Mimic are not liable for this fee.
